Rivers State University Launches Comprehensive Digital Transformation Initiative Powered by Cinfores Limited

Held at the University's Senate Building in Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt, the launch brought together members of the University Management, academic and non-academic staff, students, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners to witness the unveiling of an integrated digital ecosystem designed to transform learning, streamline administration, improve service delivery, and foster innovation across the university community.

Delivering the welcome address, the Registrar of Rivers State University, Mrs. Idayingi Ibinye Daminabo, described the initiative as a defining moment in the University's history. Together, these solutions provide a unified digital framework that supports teaching and learning, administrative operations, communication, healthcare management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making while reducing dependence on traditional paper-based processes.

A major highlight of the event was the continued rollout of the Computer for All Programme (CAP), an initiative designed to expand access to personal computing devices for staff and students, ensuring that the university community is equipped to participate fully in an increasingly digital academic environment.
