Cinfores Showcases Legal Innovation and Launches iChamberz at NBA AGC 2026

Cinfores Limited at the event

Cinfores was proud to participate in the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Annual General Conference 2026, held at the Port Harcourt Stadium under the theme "Beyond Limits." The week-long event brought together thousands of lawyers, judges, policymakers, and legal stakeholders from across Nigeria, providing an ideal platform to explore the future of legal practice and the role of technology in driving transformation across the sector.

At the conference, Cinfores showcased three of its flagship solutions: CoMiS, Scribar, and iChamberz, an innovative Chambers Management System officially launched during the event. Designed for modern legal practice, iChamberz provides an integrated digital platform for managing cases, documents, workflows, clients, staff, billing, and reporting. The system also features court integration, remote access, real-time notifications, audit trails, and secure data backup and recovery, helping chambers, law firms, and legal departments operate more efficiently while embracing digital transformation.

The launch generated considerable interest among conference attendees, many of whom visited the Cinfores exhibition booth to learn more about how technology can simplify legal operations and improve service delivery. The Cinfores booth attracted several distinguished visitors and key stakeholders from across Nigeria's legal ecosystem. Among them were Ayodeji M. Akinsanya, Chief Registrar of the Ondo State High Court, and Prince Nyekwere, former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Port Harcourt Branch (2020-2022), alongside other prominent members of the legal community who engaged with the team.

These engagements provided valuable opportunities to discuss the evolving needs of the profession and the growing importance of innovative digital solutions in legal practice. Beyond showcasing technology, the conference enabled the Cinfores team to reconnect with legal professionals already using CoMiS across various jurisdictions in Nigeria. These interactions provided firsthand insights into how the platform is supporting legal practitioners in their daily work and offered valuable feedback that will continue to shape future improvements and innovations.

The momentum from the conference continued after the event, as Cinfores was pleased to welcome lawyers and judges from the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Lagos, Oyo, and Ondo States to its headquarters. The visits created opportunities for deeper engagement, product demonstrations, and meaningful discussions on how technology can further enhance legal practice and judicial administration. For Cinfores, NBA AGC 2026 was more than an exhibition opportunity. It was a chance to strengthen relationships, launch innovations, and engage with the professionals shaping the future of the legal industry. The conversations, connections, and partnerships formed throughout the week reaffirm our commitment to delivering solutions that empower legal practitioners to work smarter, collaborate more effectively, and achieve better outcomes. As the legal profession continues to evolve, Cinfores remains dedicated to developing technologies that help legal institutions and practitioners go Beyond Limits.
